China, Malaysia Extend PPH Pilot Program
The China National Intellectual Property Administration and the Intellectual Property Corporation of Malaysia jointly decide to extend the China-Malaysia Patent Prosecution Highway (PPH) pilot program (Note: Originally started on July 1, 2018) for another five years effective from July 1, 2022 to June 30, 2027. The requirements and procedures for filing a PPH request at the two offices remain unchanged.
