According to China National Copyright Administration (NCA), NCA and Mexico Secretariat of Culture (MSC) recently signed a memorandum of understanding on copyright cooperation. This marks the establishment of a bilateral cooperation framework for copyright between China and Mexico and the beginning of normal and regulated copyright communication and cooperation between the two countries. It is the 8th bilateral copyright cooperation memorandum signed by NCA under the impetus of “One Belt and One Road”, which will strengthen China’s bilateral communication and cooperation on copyright, especially with Latin America countries.
